Review Exercise: Reported Speech VII (Lenguaje Indirecto)

  1. “It is not allowed to smoke inside the building”, the guard said.

  2. Tom asked: “Did you enjoy the meeting?”

  3. “Who is the new student?”, the teacher asked.

  4. “I will punish you if you talk to me like that”, my mother said.

  5. Carl said: “This is the most difficult exercise I have ever done”.

  6. “Have you bought the new book?”, my mother asked me.

  7. “What is the main problem?”, the worker inquired.

  8. “Get out of the car”, the policeman ordered.
  1. “When is the appointment?”, the boss wanted to know.
